Follow attached user guide 1A to setup MS Authenticator app on personal device.

Start using Cloud Desktop service from new portal – https://nnclouddesktop.cloud.com
Follow attached user guide 2 – Novo Nordisk Cloud Desktop user guide for instructions on how to use new Citrix Workspace portal to access Cloud Desktop.
Note 1: The above instructions are intended only for external users accessing Cloud Desktop from non-Novo Nordisk PC’s, users accessing Cloud Desktop from Novo Nordisk PC’s do not need to take any action, they can continue to use citrixportal.novonordisk.com like before.
Earlier you were able to do password reset for expired passwords using citrixportal.novonordisk.com.
But going forward you will need to perform expired password resets from Microsoft self service password reset portal.
The attached user guide - 3 Self service password reset guide shows the process for this.
